Rachael Allen is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Leadership Development Consultant with over twenty years’ experience working across Professional Services, Technology and Media organisations in both the UK and US. She began her career in senior People and Culture roles in London, leading organisational development, employee engagement and global leadership initiatives.

After relocating to South Florida, Rachael has spent the past decade partnering with US and international organisations to strengthen leadership capability, team performance and cultural effectiveness. Her work combines executive coaching, strengths-based development and high-performing team facilitation, supporting leaders to translate insight into measurable business impact. Her coaching style is purposeful and stretching, creating space for honest reflection while maintaining a clear focus on practical outcomes.

Rachael is Gallup CliftonStrengths certified and holds a CIPD qualification in Learning & Development (Distinction), alongside her PCC accreditation.
