Tom is a leadership consultant and business advisor. He calls upon significant experience of leading large, medium and small people-focussed organisations across diverse sectors with an international context. Tom is able to provide practical insight to senior leadership teams, or on a one-to-one basis, to help existing and future leaders successfully analyse the now, building and implementing future-focussed strategies that drive people performance and organisational transformation.

Tom’s breadth of experience spans multiple sectors including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Membership, VC investment and international Aid. His experience includes working across APAC, EMEA and North America.

Prior to working as a business consultant Tom enjoyed a successful 25 year career at REED, where he progressed from Graduate Trainee to become Global Managing Director, leading 2,000 people across 9 territories; He also led the successful merger of the Digital & Technology Sector Skills Council with the industry body techUK and has worked with serial entrepreneur, James Caan, as Chief Operating Officer of Recruitment Entrepreneur International, with a focus on origination, acquisition and growth strategy.

Whilst working with MatchFit, Tom is working with other clients as a Board Advisor and particularly enjoys the challenge of working with ambitious leaders in entrepreneurial organisations across a broad spectrum portfolio.
