Tim has over 20 years’ experience as a Freelance Management Consultant: Coaching, Facilitating, Designing and Delivering Training and, Mentoring. He works with clients across the Private, Public and Charities sectors developing people and teams, shaping culture, embedding values, and driving growth.

His background before going freelance was in Sales and Marketing followed by Leadership and Senior Leadership roles in Financial Services, achieving the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute, where he also became expert in delivering training, facilitating events and coaching. He went on to qualify as a Level 7 Coach in 2009 with the Chartered Management Institute.

With his exceptional experience, skills, knowledge, and qualifications coupled with his excellent communication ability, energy, good humour, and enthusiasm, Tim has become a highly sought after Management Consultant working both remote and face to face in areas including Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Finance, Retail, Distribution, Ministry of Justice and wider Civil Service, Education, Small Medium Enterprises and with individual coaching and mentoring clients.

Tim, who originally qualified as a Teacher, is also a motivational speaker and a regular speaker at events and on the after dinner circuit. He is a Northumbrian, and adopted Yorkshireman who has been resident of Skipton, North Yorkshire for over 25 years.
