We’re excited to share that MatchFit has been shortlisted as a finalist in the CIPD People Management Awards 2026 in the category of Best HR/L&D & OD Supplier.
This recognition reflects our ongoing partnership with HH Global, where over the past two years, we’ve delivered Pathfinders – a successful international Leadership Development Programme that has evolved further into a powerful, and innovative three-way collaboration between MatchFit, HH Global, and their clients.
Through our CLIMB to Align Programme, leaders and teams have become more strategically aligned, improved collaboration and service delivery, and unlocked new growth opportunities—creating measurable impact across both HH Global and their customers.
A standout example has been the co-creation of a new HH Global/CCEP (Coca-Cola) operating model, developed through close collaboration between all partners and HR/OD teams.
