Having helped and supported the leadership team to become more effective and more impactful as managers to the wider staff group in this mid-sized financial services firm, MatchFit continued its work, this time with lower-management grades and specific teams. Their Head of Operations, someone who has been heavily involved with MatchFit’s work, was kind enough to discuss the impact of MatchFit’s interventions and, in particular, their senior leadership team who were tasked with implementing the new vision.
